1. General use of the facility

• All users must book in advance via our Trackman-integrated booking system. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

• Users must treat the facility, staff and equipment with respect at all times.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless attending a supervised group lesson.

• Proper golf footwear or clean trainers must be worn. No spikes or outdoor, dirty shoes allowed on turf.

• Any lost property will be held in a secure space at Pin Perfect Golf and we will contact the owner if known. All lost property will be held for a maximum of 6 months.

 

2. Simulator hire terms

• Simulator hire is charged at £25-40 per hour as per our pricing structure unless otherwise stated under promotional packages.

• Each booking is for a maximum of 4 players per bay unless approved in advance.

• All players are responsible for using equipment safely and appropriately.

• Only real golf balls without excessive markings or damage are permitted. We reserve the right to inspect equipment.

• Damage to equipment caused by misuse may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

2.1 Remote access hire terms

• Customers use the premises and simulator facilities entirely at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring all members of their group use the equipment safely and respectfully.

• Any damage caused to the simulator, equipment or premises through misuse, negligence or failure to follow instructions may be charged to the lead booking holder. Any damage should be reported at the time of the incident by phoning 0141 345 2001 or emailing info@pinperfectgolf.co.uk.

• The lead booking holder must ensure the venue is left secure upon departure, including properly closing the entrance door and leaving the simulator bay as you found it.

• Pin Perfect Golf reserves the right to refuse future bookings if these terms are breached or the facilities are misused.

 

3. Lessons and coaching

• All golf lessons must be booked in advance and paid through our online system.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.

• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

• Lessons provided by affiliated PGA professionals are subject to their own coaching terms where applicable.

 

4. Membership terms

• Membership packages are an optional alternative to pay-as-you-go pricing.

• Members are entitled to priority booking, discounts and early access.

• Memberships are non-transferable and require one month’s notice to cancel.

• Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination without refund.

• All members have also agreed to our "Pin Perfect Golf membership terms and conditions" at the time of signing up.

 

5. Health and safety / Liability disclaimer

• All customers use the facility at their own risk.

• Pin Perfect Golf is not liable for injuries caused by improper use of the simulators or other areas.

• We carry Public Liability Insurance for on-premises incidents resulting from facility negligence only.

• All users must adhere to posted safety instructions and staff guidance.

• All customers and members should inform a Pin Perfect Golf member of staff of any damage to the bay, breakfast bars or any other areas during their session.​

• Pin Perfect Golf reserves the right to charge customers for repair or replacement costs.

 

6. Trackman technology and data use

• Trackman simulators capture swing data, ball flight and player performance metrics.

• This data may be used for personal improvement, lesson analysis or anonymised marketing insights.

• Customers can opt-in to receive reports and analysis via email or through their Trackman profile.

• Users agree not to tamper with or attempt to extract proprietary software data.

 

7. Privacy and data protection (GDPR)

• We collect personal data such as names, contact details and booking history to operate our services.

• Your data is stored securely and only shared with third parties (e.g. Trackman) as required for bookings and analysis.

• You can request to view, amend or delete your personal data by contacting us by emailing info@pinperfectgolf.co.uk.

• CCTV is in operation for security and safety. Footage is retained in line with legal requirements.

 

8. Group bookings and events

• Group or corporate bookings must be arranged in advance.

• Group or corporate bookings may require a deposit.

• A minimum notice of 7 days is required for cancellation to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

• Tailored packages may include private hire, coaching or mini-competitions.

 

9. Right to refuse entry or terminate use

• Pin Perfect Golf reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals for:

  • Unsafe behaviour

  • Aggressive conduct

  • Repeated failure to follow facility rules

 

10. Amendments to Terms

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The latest version will always be available on our website.

• Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any changes.
